Softgel Drying Tray&Trolley
- Softgel Drying Trays are used for soft capsules final drying after softgel shaping and initial pre drying.
- JANGLI’s soft capsule drying trays are made of food grade PP(polypropylene) material and with suitable size holes for air easy to go through. Trays can stack together to save spaces.
- Our softgel drying trays can bear up to 120C high temperature, so can be washed by hot water without deformation.
- These trays are ideal drying device in softgel industry, paintball industry and gummy bear industry.
- JANGLI provide different capsule drying trays with different colors, you can use different color trays for different products drying.
- Maximum loading of one tray is around 2000 softgel capsules.
- Stainless steel trolley with universal wheels and brakes is used to stack and move the trays. Each trolley can stack 30 trays.
