- JL-150III is a SERVO-MOTOR driving medium scale production softgel making machine. It has a production capacity closer to a bigger softgel machine. JANGLI referred to many years of softgel making technology experience to design, and develop this machine.
- Compared with JL-100II, JANGLI 150III softgel machine is a little bigger but still with relatively compact structure. Its appearance looks simple and beautiful.
- This softgel making machine uses an advanced servo motor driving mechanism which can increase the rotational speed up to 6 RPM (Rotations Per Minute)! This advanced technology increases output, while decreasing operating noise at the same time.
- All timing, die roller alignment, temperature and speed can be adjusted on the touch screen, which makes this machine super user friendly and with easy operation and maintance.
- Recipe store function was designed, so all operational data for different products production can be stored and called when needed.

Is This Medium Sized Soft Gelatin Making Machine Fully Automatic?
YES. Except for smaller size, JL-150III softgel machine has almost same structure as JL-250III Servo machine. Instead of driven by traditional motors and gears, this equipment is with advanced servo motor driving system. All critical operation process can be adjusted on PLC touch screen. And we know softgel die roller alignment and wedge injection timing adjusting are the hardest part to learn for a new operator. But by using our JL-150III servo softgel machine, this process becomes a one-click operation, and the operator just need to click “die roller alignment” and “timing” on the HMI system, the machine can complete the whole process automatically.

- Change gelatin transporting pipe from silicone hose to stainless steel pipe.
- Use special designed multiple steps softgel die roller sets to replace single step die rollers.

YES. JL-150III softgel capsule machine is very suitable for paintball production. The die roller size is Φ150X120mm, which means this machine has same diameter as the big paintball machine, which guarantee the roundness of paintballs. The paintball production capacity of this machine is around 40,000 balls/hour.
