JL-RJ series Gelatin melting tank is critical and standard equipment during the whole softgel production process. It is used to make gelatin solution for softgel encapsulation machines.
JANGLI JL-RJ softgel gelatin melter is three-layer structure: inner layer, interlayer and insulation layer. And the inner layer is closed type, which can bear some positive pressure for vacuumizing as well as negative pressure for liquid gelatin discharging.
This melter adopts water bath type and hot water circulation heating metod, which makes it heat fast and evenly and easy to reach ideal temperature to improve the quality of the gelatin solution and shorten the gelatin melting time.
This softgel gel melter is equipped with frame stirrer and blade folding stirrer, which is featured by it’s compact structure, smooth transmission and stable working performance.
Special designed inner connecting structure makes this gelatin melter easy to clean and easy to assemble and disassemble.
The JL-RJ gelatin melting system is suitable for animal gelatin melting and with a little big changes, it can also be used for tapioca starch gelatin melting process.
