JLXWJ Automatic Softgel Washing Machine is a rotary tumble dryer style device and it adopts alcohol and ultrasonic cleaning method. A circulation pump is used to circulate alcohol liquid.
This softgel cleaning device can realize automatic feeding, online ultrasonic decontamination, online spraying and washing, automatic discharging, the whole cleaning process is automatic.

Layout:

Principle:

This equipment uses a cage body to rotate on its own, and softgel capsules are put in through the feed port. The cage body is equipped with a pouring trough, which slowly transfers the soft capsules soaked in alcohol to the discharge port. There is an ultrasonic generator at the bottom of the liquid trough. Meatballs soaked in alcohol can be ultrasonically cleaned. Through the rotation of the turret, the pellets are transferred to the spray turret. The spray port is facing the guide rail, which can wash the pellets 100% evenly. The rinsed alcohol is continuously circulated and rinsed through the circulation pump. The inlet and outlet of alcohol are carried out through the circulation pump.

Output Calculation:

Now the rotating speed of the softgel tumbler is 6RPM, the diameter of the rotating tumbler is 400mm, and the linear speed is 7.536m/min. The cross-sectional area of the turret guide trough is 85*100mm. Based on this area and speed, the maximum capacity per hour is 64L/min. The amount of softgel capsules fed per minute is 3Kg, and the output is 180kg/h.

Technical Points:

This soft gelatin ultrasonic washing machine adopts PLC control, touch screen, and is equipped with explosion-proof touch screen and explosion-proof motor;
Adopt three-level user authority control, and set work authority and operation scope according to level;
The electrical cabinet is placed in a non-explosion-proof and non-clean area;
The switching valve is controlled by pneumatic valve;
Reserve the quick-installation liquid inlet and outlet, and the cleaning alcohol can be placed in non-clean explosion-proof areas;
Equipped with a circulation pump to circulate and clean the capsules in the cage;

Operating Procedures:

Connect the alcohol import and export;
Turn on the circulation pump to add alcohol to the spray tank and ultrasonic cleaning tank until the specified liquid level;
Start the cage rotation, turn on the ultrasonic generator, and turn on the circulating pump for spray flushing;
Start feeding, the softgel capsules pass through the feeding hopper to the tumbler, and the softgels soaked in alcohol are cleaned by ultrasonic waves.
Transport the soft gelatin capsules to the next section through the guide trough, align the spray nozzle with the guide trough, and completely rinse the passing pellets;
Then slowly drain until all the soft capsules are discharged from the discharge port;
