Gelatin Viscosity Testing Instrument
- This rotary digital viscometer is used for determination of dynamic viscosity and rheology of liquid gelatin solution.
- This gelatin viscosity tester is digital display viscometer, the rotor is driven by the motor to rotate at a constant speed through variable speed, the liquid will produce a viscous moment acting on the rotor, the greater the viscosity of the gelatin liquid, the greater the viscous moment; The viscous moment acting on the viscous rotor is detected by the sensor, and the viscosity of the measured liquid is obtained after computer processing.
