Compared with animal gelatin softgel capsules, starch vegetarian softgel capsules are flat and very fragile when they are first encapsulated. The seams are not strong, they are afraid of being squeezed and they are very easy to stick to each other. Based on these characteristics, JANGLI designed this new style three-layer drying tumbler after one year of research and development.
This three-layered softgel drying tumble dryer is with long but slim drying baskets and capsules won’t stay in one basket for a long time, just keep rotating from the first basket to the last one, so that capsules won’t stack or stick and constant rotating can make the capsules become full.
After rotating in this 3 layer tumble dryer, vegetable softgel capsules will become stronger and harder and it will be no problem for them to go into standard tumble dryers or drying trays.
This new system is with Siemens PLC touchscreen system. The time and rotating speed can be adjusted automatically.
